Need a Break Instead? Try a Cool-Off
If you’re not ready to close your account completely, you might prefer a ‘Cool Off’ period. This gives you a temporary break from play, lasting between 3 days and 4 weeks. In Pennsylvania, this period can be extended up to 4 months. You can set this from the Safer Gaming Tools page, but please note it cannot be ended early once activated.
Account Balance and Funds
Please withdraw any remaining balance from your account before requesting closure, as you won’t be able to access the account once it’s closed. If your account is already closed and there are still funds remaining, our Customer Service team can help you retrieve your money—just reach out to us.
