How to Set and Manage Session Limit

A Session Limit gives you control over the amount of time you spend playing on our site. The limit is set within a 24-hour period and takes into account any time you’ve already spent on the site during that window. You can customize your limit from 20 minutes up to 24 hours, depending on your location. Before confirming, you can always review your current session limit and your new selection.

How to Set a Session Limit

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Menu button in the top left corner.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select Safer Gaming Tools.
5. Choose Session Limits.
6. Enter the desired session length (between 20 minutes and 24 hours).
7. Confirm that your new limit will include previous session activity within the 24-hour period.
8. Click Save Session Limits.
9. Review your changes, then click Confirm.

A Session Limit remains active until you decide to change or remove it.

• Decreasing your Session Limit takes effect immediately.
• Increasing or removing your Session Limit will not go into effect until your current session limit has expired. During the update process, you’ll see the exact time the change will activate.

Viewing Limit History

To view your Session Limit history:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Menu button.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select RG Limit History to view changes over the past 12 months.
