Wagering Limits for Responsible Play

How Can I Change My Wagering Limit?

You can request to change your limit at any time. To help all players maintain responsible gaming habits, some changes are subject to waiting periods.

Decrease Rules

• Any decrease to your limit becomes effective immediately upon confirmation.
• Example: If you reduce your Wager Limit from $100 to $50, the new limit will apply instantly.
• Note: Any wagers placed before the change will count towards your new limit.

Increase & Removal Rules

• Requests to increase or remove a limit will take effect only after the selected limit period has passed.
• Example: If you confirm an increase on Monday at 12:00 p.m., it will be effective Tuesday at 12:01 p.m.
• You’ll see the exact date and time for changes displayed on screen once you confirm.

Important Notes

• Customer Support cannot override or manually change any established limits for you.
