How to Change Your Loss Limit
You’re welcome to request a change to your Loss Limit at any time! We want all our players to enjoy their gaming experience responsibly and within their comfort levels. Waiting periods apply to certain limit changes to help promote Responsible Gaming.
How Decreasing Your Loss Limit Works
- Requests to decrease your Loss Limit take effect immediately.
- Example: If your current Daily Loss Limit is $500 and you lower it to $300, the new limit will apply as soon as you click ‘Confirm’.
- Note: Any losses already incurred will count toward your new limit.
How Increasing or Removing Your Loss Limit Works
- Requests to increase or remove a Loss Limit will take effect after the current limit period has passed.
- Example: If you change your daily limit on Monday at 12:00 p.m., your new limit will become active on Tuesday at 12:01 p.m.
- The exact date and time for any change will be displayed on screen upon confirmation.
- Important Note: Customer Support cannot override any existing limits.
