Manage Your Communication Preferences
We want to make sure you only hear from us in the ways that work best for you, and updating your preferences is quick and easy!
What You Can Manage
You can choose between the following options:
- Communication Preferences: Decide how you’d like to receive offers and news from us—select Email, SMS, Phone Call, or Postal Mail.
- Login Alerts: Choose whether you want to receive email notifications every time your account is accessed successfully.
- Two Factor Authentication: Set whether you are prompted for an SMS PIN code every time you log in.
• Please note: By default, you will need to verify your identity via SMS every 14 days or if you log in from a new device. This required verification cannot be removed.
How to Update Your Preferences
- Log into your account.
- Open the Account Menu.
- Select Communication Preferences, Login Alerts, or Two Factor Authentication.
- Check or uncheck your choice.
- Confirm your changes for them to take effect.
Update Anytime
It’s completely up to you how you manage your settings, and you can update your choices at any time.
