How Playback Promotions Work

Each promotion is slightly different, as we like to spice things up with variety. Be sure to review the Terms and Conditions of each specific promotion so you know how to qualify. Also, look out for changes in the games and times included in each promotion. There are also a few special variations such as our ‘Stepped Playback’ offers.

Playback Based on Amount Wagered

Some Playback offers give you a higher percentage of Playback depending on the amount you wager. The payout is always based on your loss over the entire promotional period.

Example of Stepped Playback

For example, a promotion might give:

• 10% Playback if you wager up to $50
• 15% Playback if you wager up to $100

If you start the promotion with $50 and wager $50, losing it all, you'd get back 10% of your losses, which is $5. If you wager $100 and lose it all, you'd get back 15% of your losses—which is $15 rather than $10—qualifying for proportionally more Playback overall.
