What is a Playback bonus?
How Playback Promotions Work
We’re always running exciting promotions onsite, and Playback is one of our favorite ways to reward players! Our Playback promotions offer you a percentage back on any net loss over the promotional period, helping to stretch your gameplay further.
What Is a Playback Promotion?
A Playback promotion returns a percentage of your net losses on selected game(s) during a set promotional window. Net loss is defined as the total amount you wager minus your total winnings for the period.
How Does Playback Work?
- If your play during the promotion results in a net loss on the eligible game(s), you’ll receive a set percentage of that loss back as a Playback Bonus.
- Example: If you wager $100 and win $90, your net loss is $10. If your wagering results in more winnings than losses, you won’t be eligible for a Playback Bonus.
- You can view your net results and game history for the past 180 days by going to Game History in your account from any device.
Net Loss and Eligibility Examples
- If you start with $50 and, after playing only promotional games, end the day with $20, you’ll get a Playback Bonus based on the $30 loss.
- If you start with $50 and finish with $120 after playing only eligible games, you won’t receive a Playback Bonus, since you did not incur a net loss.
- Deposits, withdrawals, or play on non-participating games are not included in net loss calculations for Playback.
Wagering and Bonus Requirements
- To qualify for Playback, you must meet the wagering requirements set for the specified game(s) and have a net loss during the promotional period.
- Your Playback Bonus will be credited to your account within 72 hours after the promotion ends.
