Why haven't I received my bonus yet?

If your bonus funds haven't arrived, here are a few things to check:

• Eligibility: Make sure you've entered any required valid promo code and/or completed all the qualifying requirements outlined in the promotion details. The bonus is only awarded once these conditions are met and any qualifying bets have been graded.
• Timing: Once you've qualified, bonus funds are typically credited within 24 hours, though in some cases it may take up to 72 hours.

How do I view my bonus credits?

To check your bonus credits:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Account Menu.
3. Select Wallet → History → Reward History.
4. In the Rewards drop-down, choose the Bonus Type you'd like to view.

This will show you the Date, Reward ID, Type, and Amount of any bonuses awarded to your account.

What if my bonus is delayed?

Payouts are typically completed by the end of the day. Should any technical delays occur, please allow up to three business days for completion. We sincerely appreciate your patience and thank you for being a valued customer.
