How to Set and Manage Spend Limits

A Spend Limit is a valuable tool to help you control how much you can spend on our site during a selected period. This limit includes any spending you’ve already made during the current day, week, or month—depending on your chosen option. 

Spend Limit Timeframes

Please note: Spend Limits are tracked in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

• Daily Limits: 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, resetting every day at midnight.
• Weekly Limits: Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
• Monthly Limits: First to last calendar day, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first of the next month.

Before confirming your new limit, you’ll see your current limit, what the new limit will be, past spending, and your remaining balance.
Example: If you set a weekly limit of $250 and have already spent $25 in the last 7 days, your remaining spendable balance will be $225.

How to Set a Spend Limit

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Menu button in the top left.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select Safer Gaming Tools.
5. Choose Spend Limits.
6. Pick Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly.
7. Enter your desired amount.
8. Confirm that your new limit will include previous spending.
9. Click Save Spend Limits to proceed.
10. Review your changes and click Confirm.

Important Notes About Spend Limits

• A Spend Limit will remain in effect indefinitely unless you update or remove it.
• If you decrease your limit, the change is applied immediately.
• If you increase or remove your limit, the change takes effect after the current period plus one additional period.
  (Example: If you raise a monthly spend limit on the 15th, the new limit will apply starting next month.)
• Your Spend Limit does not impact your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Canceled withdrawals, gameplay activity, and winnings from wagers do not count toward your Spend Limit.
  Example: If you deposit $100 and have a $20 daily limit, after wagering $10 and winning $50, your balance is $140. You can wager a total of $60, since winnings are excluded from the Spend Limit.

Viewing Limit History 

To view your Spend Limit history:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Menu button.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select RG Limit History to view limits set in the last 12 months.
