How do I Self-Exclude?
Taking a Break with MONOPOLY Casino Self-Exclusion
We completely understand and fully support your decision to step back from gaming. Prioritizing your well-being is incredibly important, and taking a break is a responsible and courageous choice. Remember, you’re never alone—we’re here for you every step of the way.
How to Use Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming
If you feel that a longer-term break is right for you, you can voluntarily request self-exclusion from your MONOPOLY Casino account. Self-exclusion helps individuals regain control by limiting access to online gaming for a specific period of time.

*Please note that self-exclusion options, timeframes, and the enrollment process vary by state.

Enrollment: If you use your online account to make a self-exclusion request, you may exclude for a period of one (1) year or five (5) years. During this time, you will not be able to re-open your account or take part in any games at any gaming facilities in New Jersey.
Removal: You may request removal from the Voluntary Self-Exclusion List only after the minimum exclusion period you selected—either one year or five years—has expired, as indicated on your original Request for Voluntary Exclusion form for casino and simulcasting activities, racetrack sports wagering, and/or internet gaming and sports wagering.
- If your request for removal is approved, you will regain access to all gaming activities in New Jersey. This includes casino gaming, internet gaming, sports wagering, and retail (in-person) sports wagering at authorized locations.
- However, please be aware that individual casinos, racetracks, and online gaming providers may still enforce their own Responsible Gaming Programs, which could impact your ability to participate in certain activities.
- You will remain on the Self-Exclusion List until you appear in person at one of the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) offices to request removal, or until you submit a removal request online at https://www.njportal.com/dge/selfexclusion.
- Please note: Lifetime self-exclusion requests can only be made in person at one of the DGE’s offices.
PENNSYLVANIA
Exclusion Time Frames: 1 year, 5 years or Lifetime
If you’d like to voluntarily exclude access to your online account for more information or to sign up for Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board’s voluntary self exclusion program click here: https://responsibleplay.pa.gov/wp-content/uploads/Self_Exclusion_Interactive_Gaming.pdf
Please note that MONOPOLY™ Casino staff cannot assist with this process, as self-exclusion is a personal decision that must be completed directly by you.
Enrollment: You can choose to self-exclude for one (1) year, five (5) years, or a lifetime. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any games at iGaming facilities in Pennsylvania. Once you self-exclude, you will remain on the list until the time period ends or you submit a request for removal.
Removal: Generally, you cannot be removed from the self-exclusion list before the time period you selected ends. After the period is over, you can request removal, but it’s not automatic. Lifetime exclusions are permanent and cannot be lifted. While rare exceptions may exist, most people must complete their exclusion. If you want to inquire about early removal, you can reach out to the PGCB directly for more information.
Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment at the PGCB’s Harrisburg office or at a Pennsylvania land-based casino.
For appointments, contact the PGCB at (717) 346-8300 (Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm) or email problemgambling@pa.gov.
