Can I remove myself from the Self-Exclusion List?
Understanding Self-Exclusion Removal and Support
We know that choosing to join the Self-Exclusion list is a significant and personal decision. We want to support you every step of the way on your journey toward responsible gaming and well-being.
How Self-Exclusion Removal Works
In most cases, removal from the Self-Exclusion list can only happen after the full duration you originally selected—whether that’s 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, or for a lifetime—has passed. This waiting period helps ensure you have enough time and space to focus on your well-being and regain control of your gaming habits.
Finding State-Specific Guidance
We understand that everyone’s situation is unique. If you have questions or need more detailed information about the removal process in your state, please refer to the resources provided below. These will guide you on how to proceed, outline the necessary steps, and connect you with any additional support available in your area.
Accessing Help and Resources
The Self-Exclusion program is designed with your well-being in mind. We’re committed to helping you make choices that are best for you, at a pace that feels right. If you ever feel uncertain, or just want someone to talk to, please remember that professional support is always available—you're never alone on this journey.
