How do I update or remove a deposit method?
Managing Your Payment Methods
The process for updating your payment method is quick and easy!
Important Information
To keep things simple and secure, you can only have one active payment method at a time.
How to Change Your Payment Method
- Click on Menu.
- Scroll down to Wallet.
- Click on Deposit.
- Select your preferred payment method and click Confirm. This will set it as your active payment method for your next deposit.
If you’ve entered your account details incorrectly, you won’t be able to edit them directly. However, you can add the correct card or bank account as a new payment method.
Removing a Payment Method
If you wish to remove a payment method from your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Account Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
- Find the payment method you wish to remove, click the three dots, and select Delete.
* Important Note: For legal and security reasons, we’re required to keep records of all financial transactions for at least 5 years. This means your payment details cannot be fully deleted from our system.
