How to Make a Cage Withdrawal

You can withdraw funds from your MONOPOLY™ Casino account in person at the Cashier Cage located at Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino. 

Please note: Cage withdrawals must be collected at the same location where the request was made.

Identification and Document Requirements

• Before your withdrawal, you may need to electronically submit a valid government-issued photo ID and a photo of yourself holding this document below your chin.
• If it's your first time withdrawing and you have used a debit card to deposit, you will also need to show that card at the cage.
• **IMPORTANT NOTE: For First-Time cage withdrawals, documents must be submitted between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm for review. Requests submitted outside of these hours, may take longer to complete.

Voucher Code and Collection

• After your withdrawal request is approved and you receive your email containing a voucher code.
• Please note that the withdrawal will expire after 7 days. 
• If not collected, the funds will be returned to your account.

Pick-Up and In-Person Verification

• When picking up your withdrawal, you will need to provide government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, passport, or similar ID) that confirms your age, identity, and issuing state.
• We cannot process your withdrawal without this documentation.
