How to Provide Apple Pay Verification

Documents Required for Apple Pay Verification

• PDF bank statement for the account linked to the virtual Apple Pay card ending in XXXX. (You can find your card’s last four digits in Apple Pay Wallet transaction history by selecting the three dots on your device.)
• Screenshot(s) of your Apple Pay Transaction History that show both transactions to MONOPOLY™ Casino and your virtual card.

How to Locate Your Apple Pay Token (Card Number)

1. Open your Apple Pay Wallet.
2. Select the card you want to view.
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner.
4. The Apple Pay token (virtual card number) for that card will be displayed.
