How to Take and Share a Screenshot with Us

Sometimes, we may ask you to send a screenshot to help troubleshoot an issue or verify information. Here’s how to capture a screenshot on your device:

Taking a Screenshot on iOS

Press the Home and Power buttons at the same time. Your screenshot will be saved automatically to your Camera Roll.

Taking a Screenshot on Android

Press the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously. The screenshot will be saved to your Photos or Gallery app. (Note: Steps may vary slightly by device.)

Taking a Screenshot on Windows 7/8/10/11

• Press PrtScn, then paste the image into an editor like Paint and save the file.
• To capture a specific area (Windows 10/11), press Windows + Shift + S, select the area, then paste and save.
• You can also use the Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch for more options.

Taking a Screenshot on Mac

Press Command + Shift + 3 to capture your full screen. The screenshot will be saved to your Desktop automatically.
