Game Loading Issues
Having trouble getting your games to load? Let's walk through a few quick steps to get you back in the action!
We're sorry you're running into this. In most cases, game loading issues come down to your location, your connection, or your browser/app, and they're usually quick to fix.
First, check your location. Casino games are only available when you're physically located in a state where casino play is offered. Right now, that includes New Jersey and Pennsylvania. If you're outside of these states, the games won't load.
Already in an eligible state? If so, the issue can be caused by cached data or a weak internet connection. Here's what to try:
- On desktop: Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- On mobile: Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- On both: Make sure your browser or app is updated to the latest version for the smoothest performance.
What If the Loading Bar Gets Stuck?
A slow or unstable connection may cause the loading bar to freeze. Again, clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app often helps fix this issue.
How Do I Check My Internet Speed?
You can search for “Speed Test” online to measure your internet speed. Slow speeds or network maintenance can affect game loading. Check your router or modem, and try power cycling it by turning it off for 15-30 minutes, then turning it back on.
Need help? If you’ve tried all of the above and the issue persists, or have any questions, we're available 24/7 and here to help!
