How to Update Your Phone Number
To update your phone number, simply start a conversation through our Live Chat, available 24/7. You'll be guided through the process and presented with two options:
Option 1: Upload a Phone Bill or Document
For the fastest verification, you can upload a recent phone bill in your name showing the new number you'd like to use. We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG formats. Simply use the plus sign (+) in the chat to upload your file. Once submitted, your document will be forwarded to our KYC team, who will verify your phone number using a third-party phone verification provider. If the number is verified, the change will be completed. Otherwise, the team will reach out to you for additional information.
Option 2: Provide Your New Phone Number
If you don't have a phone bill available, you can simply provide your new phone number (including area code) directly in the chat. Our KYC team will check this number against our third-party phone verification provider and complete the change if everything matches. If not, they will contact you for more details or proof of ownership.
