Why do I need to enter a PIN code to verify my account?
Phone Verification During Registration
To help protect your identity, a one-time verification code is sent to your phone during registration. This code cannot be resent, so if it expires or doesn’t work, don’t worry—there’s an alternative way to verify your account.
Alternative Account Verification
If your phone code is expired or not working, you can verify your identity by sending a clear photo of your government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license), along with a selfie. You can do this through live chat or by emailing our Verification Team.
What Happens Next?
Once submitted, your documents will be reviewed—account verification may take up to 72 hours. You’ll receive an email once the process is complete.
