Why Do I Need to Verify My Identity?
To keep your account secure and comply with legal KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, we’re required by law to verify your identity and confirm that all players are 21 or older. If we need documents from you, we’ll notify you via email or an on-site message with detailed instructions.
What Documents Will I Need for Verification?
Below are the most common types of documents we request:
Proof of ID (Photo):
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Government-issued Photo ID
Proof of Address (Dated Within 3 Months):
- Utility Bill
- Bank or Credit Card Statement
Proof of Card Ownership:
- Photos of the front and back of the card you used to deposit
- Show the first 6 and last 4 digits, your name, and the card issuer
- Cover the middle digits and CVV for your security
Proof of Bank Account:
- A statement showing your name, the bank name/logo, and your account number (last 4 digits are fine)
We may also request additional documents, such as a Social Security Card, if needed to complete the process.
