How long does verification take?

Verification can take up to 72 hours.
If you have a pending withdrawal, it may take up to an additional 24 hours for the funds to be released after verification is complete.

Will I get updates during the process?

We know waiting isn’t fun, but we’re working hard to get you verified as soon as possible. The process is handled by our specialized team, so Customer Support can’t give updates while your documents are being checked.
