When You'll Receive Your Withdrawal & Withdrawal Statuses Explained
Thank you for choosing to play with us! We appreciate your patience and want to keep you fully informed about the status of your withdrawal.
Once you request a withdrawal, your transaction will be displayed in your account. We aim to process most withdrawals within 24 hours, but the actual arrival time will depend on the withdrawal method you select.
Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times
Please note: Not all withdrawal methods are available in every state. Below are typical processing timelines for each method:
- VIP Preferred (ACH/e-Check): Processed within 24 hours. Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 3–5 business days.
- Cash at Casino (Cage Withdrawal): If you make your request during business hours (7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.), it will typically be reviewed the same day, but can take up to 24 hours. Once approved, you can pick up your cash at the casino cage. Please see our full Cage Process for more details.
- Visa® Direct, Mastercard®, Discover: May post immediately, but please allow up to 24 hours for funds to become available.
- PayPal®: Usually available within 24 hours of processing. (Not available in PA.)
- Apple Pay: Often credited instantly, but may take up to 24 hours to appear in your available balance.
How to Track Your Withdrawal
You can always check the status of your withdrawal by following these steps:
- Go to Account Menu.
- Select Wallet.
- Navigate to History.
- Under the Transactions tab, open the All transaction types drop‑down.
- Choose Withdrawals from the list.
- Locate the withdrawal in question and look for the ‘?’ icon.
(Press and hold the “?” icon to display the information window. If you continue holding the icon, the window will remain on the screen. If the icon is released, the window will automatically close after approximately 3–5 seconds.) - Click or tap the icon to view the status.

Withdrawal Status Messages Explained
Submitted — “The withdrawal request has been received.”
Processing — “Transaction queued for processing, please allow up to 24 hours to complete.”
Not Successful — “Transaction failed and funds returned to your account. Please try again and/or consider using another method like Apple Pay or Trustly."
Accepted — “Withdrawal processed successfully. Please be aware that it may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your bank.”
User Reversed — “You cancelled this withdrawal and returned the funds to your account.”
Expired — “The transaction has expired and funds returned to your account, please request a new withdrawal.”
Under review — “The transaction is currently under review, please check your email for more information regarding this withdrawal.”
