Withdrawal Preparation Checklist
Before you request a withdrawal, please make sure:
- Your email address is verified.
- You have available funds in your account (bonus funds are not included).
- There are no active bonus wagering requirements.
- There are no pending identity document requests.
How to Make a Withdrawal
- Log in to your account.
- Open the menu and select Wallet > Withdraw.
- Choose your preferred withdrawal method and follow the prompts to proceed.
Withdrawal Processing Times
We generally process withdrawals within 24 hours. Depending on your chosen withdrawal method, it may take from 24 hours to 5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
How to Update Your Withdrawal Method
Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit. We recommend ensuring your new payment method supports withdrawal transactions before proceeding.
To add or update a withdrawal method, you'll first need to make a deposit with your new payment method:
- Go to Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the required details.
- Make a minimum $10 deposit.
Once the deposit is processed, your new payment method will appear as an available withdrawal option.
