If you plan to close your account, please request a withdrawal using any of our available on-site methods. For details on these options, please visit the Withdrawals section.
Requesting a Paper Check for Large Withdrawals
If your withdrawable balance is $10,000.00 or more, you may request a paper check.
- Turnaround time for your check is typically 7–10 business days, though delivery times depend on the U.S. Postal Service.
- If your wait exceeds this timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an update.
- Outstanding verification documents may be required before processing your check request.
- To request a check, email us at payments@pa.monopolycasinous.com with the subject line "MONOPOLY Casino PA Check Request".
