How to Add or Update Your Withdrawal Method
Looking to withdraw to a new payment method? We're happy to help!
Just keep in mind that funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit. We also recommend confirming your new payment method supports withdrawal transactions before proceeding.
To add or update a withdrawal method, you'll first need to make a deposit with your new payment method:
- Go to Menu > Wallet > Deposit.
- Select your preferred payment method and enter the required details.
- Make a minimum $10 deposit.
Once the deposit is processed, your new payment method will appear as an available withdrawal option.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Depending on the withdrawal method you select, it may take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 days for funds to reach your account. Please note that any pending verification requests can extend processing timeframes.
Important Note:
For legal and security reasons, we need to keep records of all financial transactions for at least 5 years. This means payment details cannot be fully deleted from our system.
