How do I cancel my withdrawal?
No problem! If your withdrawal is still pending, you can cancel it quickly and have the funds returned to your player account. The process is the same for all withdrawal methods.
How to Cancel a Withdrawal
- Log into your account.
- Go to Account Menu.
- Under Wallet, select Deposits.
- If there is a pending withdrawal, it will be displayed there.
- Select the pending withdrawal and choose Cancel.
- Your funds will be immediately returned to your player account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Withdrawals can only be cancelled while they are marked as Pending. Once a withdrawal status changes to Processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Additional Information to Know
If your withdrawal was sent to an inactive account, the funds will automatically be returned to your online account.
- For ACH withdrawals (VIP Preferred), it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to show up again.
While cancelling a withdrawal is ultimately at the player's discretion, we strongly urge players not to cancel withdrawals to fund future play.
