How to Cancel a Withdrawal

No worries—cancelling your withdrawal is quick and easy!

Withdrawal Methods Eligible for Cancellation

This process applies to all withdrawal methods, including:
ACH, Debit Card Withdrawals (Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, or American Express®), PayPal®, Apple Pay, and Cash at Cage.

Steps to Cancel Your Withdrawal

1. Click Menu > Wallet > History > Transaction History.
2. Locate your pending withdrawals.
3. Select the withdrawal you want to cancel by checking the box next to it.
4. Click Cancel Withdrawal and confirm. You'll see a notification once your cancellation is complete. Select Continue.
5. Your funds will be immediately returned to your player account.

Important Information

• If your withdrawal is marked as Pending, you can cancel it at any time.
• Once a withdrawal is marked as Processed, it is already on its way to your selected payment method and cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If your withdrawal was sent to an inactive account, those funds will automatically be returned to your MONOPOLY™ Casino account.
  • For ACH withdrawals (VIP Preferred), it may take 3–7 business days for funds to return to your account.

While cancelling a withdrawal is always your decision, we strongly recommend not doing so solely to fund future play.
